As your photographer, I take pride not only in the images I create but also in the experience I provide. It is deeply important to me that you feel seen, heard, and fully supported throughout the entire process. This is your wedding day — not mine, not your family’s — but yours. I will always advocate for you and encourage you to plan a celebration that truly aligns with your vision and values. You cannot please everyone, and that’s okay. When advice comes your way, pause and ask yourself, “Am I doing this for me or for someone else?” It’s beautiful to receive guidance from loved ones, but that doesn’t mean every suggestion has to be followed.
Beyond simply photographing your day, I’m here to guide you through it. From timeline planning and family photo organization to helping you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, I walk alongside you every step of the way. I create structure for your day so it feels intentional, calm, and organized — not rushed or chaotic. My posing direction is gentle and natural, allowing moments to unfold authentically while still ensuring you look and feel your best.
Fill out my contact form with as much detail as possible, the more I know, the better I can help bring your vision to life! After submitting the form, you can expect a response from me within 24 hours. I can’t wait to meet you and tell your story!
We'll schedule a time to meet over Zoom or FaceTime to discuss all your wedding needs and how I can best serve you. We’ll explore which package fits you best, or I’ll help you create a custom package that aligns perfectly with your wedding day vision. We'll get to know each other better and get excited about your big day.
After our call, I'll send you a contract proposal and invoice for you to look over. Once the contract is signed and your booking retainer fee is paid, it's OFFICIAL! We can organize to split your payments into four installments. Just let me know if this would suit you. Otherwise it is 50% down and one final payment 3 weeks before your date. Once you're officially booked, we begin the planning process for your engagement session and wedding! I can't wait to spoil you and get to know you guys on a deeper level!
Once you're booked, you'll receive a Welcome Box from me in the mail as a small token of my appreciation for not only investing in me and my small business but also in yourselves. I pride myself not only in my work but also in the experience I provide! Throughout our time together, you'll receive a few questionnaires. I always encourage my couples to fill them out together, like you're on a fun date—the more fun you have with it, the better! Fill them out with as much detail as possible so I can help give you the experience you deserve.
Based on your answers in my timeline questionnaire, I will start outlining your wedding day timeline. I’ll share this with you through a shared Google Doc or a shared note if you have an iPhone, so we can both see live edits and make adjustments as needed. We’ll also have multiple calls to review the timeline and ensure everything aligns with both your visions. I’ll be here throughout the entire process to help answer any questions you may have. If we’re traveling, I’ll create a custom location guide just for you with location ideas to choose from, hotel recommendations, activities in the surrounding area, and so much more!
Now on to the fun part! We'll work together to plan and schedule your engagement session. I encourage my couples to lean into an activity or do something meaningful to them. Your engagement session should feel less like a photoshoot and more like a date — one where the camera just happens to be there. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s connection. Start by asking yourselves: What do we already love doing together? Maybe it’s recreating your first date, visiting the spot where you got engaged, grabbing coffee at your favorite shop, or planning a picnic at sunset. You could explore downtown, visit a museum, cook dinner at home, ride bikes, hike somewhere beautiful, or even bring your pets along. When you’re doing something natural and meaningful, you relax — and when you relax, your connection shines.
It's your wedding day! Take it all in. Take a moment to slow down and breathe in the every second. You're about to marry the love of your life, and I can't wait to help you capture it. Polaroids are one of my favorite things on this planet, and they’re my little gift to you. At the end of the day, you'll receive a leather-bound album with polaroids from throughout your day, so you and your loved ones can have a physical sneak peek of your photos before the night has even ended. Congratulations lovelies, you're married!
Within 72 hours of your wedding day, you’ll get a sneak peek into your full wedding gallery and see how things are coming along! This way, you can share them with friends and family to keep that 'just married' bliss going!
You'll receive your full Wedding Gallery within 2-3 weeks! Hooray! Grab a drink, cuddle up and relive your day all over again. I cannot wait for you to see everything!
The wedding day is over, but the gifts keep coming! Keep a lookout for a special gift in the mail as my way of saying THANK YOU. A thank you for investing in me and my small business, allowing me to be a part of your journey, and trusting in me to document your special moments and keep them safe. It means everything to me. I truly love each and every one of my couples that I get the honor of photographing and I love to spoil them! I can't wait to spoil YOU!
I take a storytelling documentary approach when it comes to my photography style. What this means is I prefer to tell your guys' story by prompting you with fun activities and sayings to help bring out natural reactions. I don't want to pose you to a specific standard, I want to help guide you so that I am capturing the real couple you guys are by incorporating your favorite things and documenting how you love each other. These images will evoke so much more emotion then a posed photograph. Let's have fun together, and tell your story!
Yes! I love to travel. My wedding packages have all travel expenses included in the pricing you see on my investment page, so there are no surprise fees later. If you’re planning a wedding or elopement outside of Kansas, the US-based or International price listed is the total investment, including my travel, lodging, and time. For example, if you’re getting married in Colorado, the US-based price is exactly what you’d pay — no additional travel fees added on. I want the experience to feel simple, transparent, and stress-free from the very beginning.
For weddings or sessions more than one hour away from Wichita, Kansas, but still within the state or nearby areas such as Kansas City, Manhattan, or Oklahoma, travel is calculated separately and added to the local KS wedding package or session price. Mileage is billed at the current IRS business rate (72.5¢ per mile), and hotel accommodations are added when overnight stays are required.
I do not give out my RAW files, as I believe the final edited images best represent my work. However, if you have specific needs, I’m happy to discuss them.
Yes, I do! We can organize to split your payments into four installments. Just let me know if this would suit you. Otherwise, it is 50% down and one final payment due three weeks before your date. The first payment is a non-refundable retainer to book me as your photographer and to block your desired date off my calendar. This ensures that your date is secure, and any other couple inquiring for your date will be notified that the date is no longer available. I require a signed contract and your non-refundable retainer to make it official. Until both are received, your date is not yet secure and other couples inquiring will have the opportunity to secure it. I am always happy to help and be as accommodating as possible. Simply communicate with me if you need a more flexible payment plan!
We decided to hire a wedding photographer at the last minute on the very good advice of family & friends, and we were so very lucky that Danielle happened to be available. We had a completely DIY wedding, including doing food ourselves, so this ended up being our largest single expense and the only wedding professional that we worked with, but it was completely worth it. I was initially drawn to Danielle's natural-looking style, experience photographing outdoor weddings, price options for smaller celebrations, and that she was LGBTQ+ friendly. From our first conversation, Danielle was so warm, friendly, professional, and interested in understanding our specific needs and story. I have never had professional photos taken and was worried about feeling or looking awkward, but Danielle did the best job of making me feel relaxed and comfortable both before and day-of. She worked with us on our timeline, including making sure that we had plenty of time to enjoy happy hour (we were worried about taking photos for too long), and made sure we got amazing sunset photos. She brought such kind, bubbly energy, asking if we needed drinks or breaks, and the Polaroid album at the end of the night was a lovely treat. Her husband Morgan, did an incredible job on our wedding video, which is beautiful, natural, not overly produced, and very "us." After the wedding, Danielle was so communicative about timelines, keeping us updated and providing very rapid sneak peaks. Having seen all the photos, I can say that it was absolutely worth every penny -- the photos capture so much that I missed in the moment or didn't notice because I was so focused on the ceremony and family and friends. If there was ever a day to have a professional photographer, it's this one, and Danielle was an integral part of making sure we have beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.
Danielle was amazing to work with and super open and flexible with ideas and changes to the schedule last minute. Her focus was making the bride and groom happy at the end of the day. I felt that I could reach out to Danielle if I had any questions or needed any help with the wedding process. With the multiple FaceTime, we were able to hash out a plan super quick and easy. Danielle arrived at the wedding super prepared and even took charge when it came to photographs. Danielle had multiple amazing ways of capturing our moment and believed the photographs in a week. We couldn't be happier with the final photographs and look forward to booking Danielle for future milestones!
We could not have asked for a better photographer or person to be a part of our special day! Danielle was incredibly attentive and a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process—from booking to engagement photos to the wedding day itself. She truly listened to what we wanted and captured all the little moments that made our day so special. Her attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched, and her warm, easygoing personality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We are so grateful for her talent and highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a photographer who goes above and beyond!
